Back in January just after slamming Chevrolet for building cars in Mexico and selling them in the US tax free, Ford canceled plans to build a new plant in Mexico. Instead they announced they are repurposing and expanding their Flatrock, Michigan plant.
President Trump tweeted just before Ford made their announcement.
General Motors is sending Mexican made model of Chevy Cruze to U.S. car dealers-tax free across border. Make in U.S.A.or pay big border tax!

This might have something to do with Mexico’s immigration laws.
Some of the laws include:
“-Foreigners will not be a burden to taxpayers. No welfare, no food stamps, no health care, or other government assistance programs. Any burden will be deported.
-Foreigners may have no protests; no demonstrations, no waving of a foreign flag, no political organizing, no bad-mouthing our president or his policies. These will lead to deportation.”
These were just two strict laws out of ten.
Mexico has the right idea, but this makes liberals fume that they have more strict policies coming from Mexico than we do in our own country.
