Joy Villa is a pop singer who was not nominated for a Grammy last night, but stole the show anyway.

She arrived at the 59th Grammy Awards wearing a stunning white dress. But when she reached the red carpet she revealed something entirely different.

This is the first dress:

And the second:

Donald Trump’s campaign slogan “Make America Great Again” is emblazoned down the left side of her dress.

Here are some better pictures of the dress switch:

Villa says she meant it as a way to promote “tolerance and love.”

She posted this on Instagram after the Grammy’s:

It read:

“Go big, or go home. You can either stand for what you believe or fall for what you don’t. Above all make a choice for tolerance and love. Agree to disagree. See the person over the politics, carry yourself with dignity, always. Life is made to be lived, so go boldly and give no effs!”

She also posted:

Her caption says:

β€œMy whole artistic platform is about LOVE! I couldn’t be where I am today without the love and tenderness of those beautiful supporters and friends around me. Thank you I hope you enjoy tonight’s @grammysawards2017 and remember to forget your problems and focus on your future! You are infinite and beautiful and no one can stop you but you. So go out and celebrate yourself as a winner no matter what, together with those you adore!”

Her dress was made by a gay designer:

It is unknown if she is truly a Trump fan or just wore it to be ironic. She describes herself as a “feminist” and a “vegan” on Twitter.

But as one Twitter user pointed out, this might have been a brilliant career move:

This morning she is up to 64,000 followers on Twitter. She has been retweeting tweets from Trump supporters all night. It looks like many have purchased her music on iTunes as well. Idolator reports her music is soaring on the charts.

But liberals are already attacking her for expressing her free speech:
