Democratic Congressman Bob Brady of Philadelphia is under investigation from the FBI because of false statements he made about conspiracy and campaign fraud, according to Got news.  He is being accused of allowing bribery to happen during his 2012 campaign.

On October 24th two of Brady’s top campaign aides were indicted by federal prosecutors for paying one of Brady’s Democratic primary challengers $90,000 to drop out of the race in 2012.

Seamus Hughes, who works for the Program on Extremism at George Washington University, found a warrant when digging through the Federal government’s Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) search tool:

“The bombshell document reveals federal prosecutors say they have ‘probable cause to believe that [campaign aide Ken] Smukler, [Congressman Bob] Brady, [campaign aide Donald “D.A.”] Jones,’ and two other men named Moore and Cavaness ‘were involved in the commission of several crimes, including conspiracy, false statements, producing false records, false campaign contribution reports, and violating limits on campaign contributions and expenditures,’ reports Got News.”

Federal prosecutors have also obtained a search warrant for Brady’s email and found evidence supporting their theory that Brady has committed the above litany of crimes.

According to one operative in Philadelphia, Brady’s corruption has been a well-known fact:

“The corruption of Bob Brady has been well known in and around Philadelphia,” conservative political operative and Philadelphia native Jack Posobiec said. “No one is surprised by this. No Democrat has been elected in the city without kissing his ring for a generation.”

Did the mainstream media report anything about Brady’s top campaign consultants being indicted on federal charges. No.

Instead, they like to focus on whatever loud mouth crying liberal is shouting about next, instead of facing the fact that one of their own, is being accused of widespread campaign fraud and bribery.
