With as much as the term ‘white supremacist’ has been thrown around lately, you would thing that Americans see it as a threat.

But then you would be wrong. The news media has proven to be more damaging than these radicals, and Americans agree. According to a Fox News poll from this week:

“The poll found that 47 percent of registered voters think white supremacists are a greater threat, 40 percent think the news media is, and nine percent believe both are equal threats.

“There was a significant split among Republican and Democratic voters on the question. Seventy-six percent of Democratic respondents said that white supremacists are the greater threat, while 69 percent of Republicans pointed the finger at the press.”

So 49 percent either believe the news media is more damaging to America, or are on par with white supremacists.

Ouch.

Voters did agree that President Trump is harsher on the media across the widespread demographic range. This makes perfect sense because no matter what these radical thugs do, the media will portray it as President Trump’s fault.

“Trump has repeatedly called for national unity. “To all Republicans and Democrats and independents across this nation, I say it is time for us to come together as one united people,” he said following his electoral victory.

“The poll, however, found that 45 percent of voters would support Trump following through on his threat to shut down the government in order to pressure lawmakers to fund a border wall.”

Americans understand and that the media is doing more damage overall than the radical supremacists are doing. The fake news that is constantly being spewed is catching up with liberals. They have become lower on the most hated list than racists.
