In the video clip above Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) doubles down on her recent comments encouraging people to harass members of the Trump Administration. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) have both publicly denounced Waters’ comments. But according to her, they actually agree with her.
Waters originally said:
“Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up,” the California Democrat said at a rally. “And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere. We’ve got to get the children connected to their parents.”
To which Pelosi rebuked her:
In the crucial months ahead, we must strive to make America beautiful again. Trump’s daily lack of civility has provoked responses that are predictable but unacceptable. As we go forward, we must conduct elections in a way that achieves unity from sea to shining sea. https://t.co/vlpqOBLK4R

And Schumer was not happy about her comments either. Here’s the video of Chuck Schumer condemning Maxine Waters’ remarks:
But in the above interview with MSNBC, Waters insists that both Schumer and Pelosi are actually 100% behind her and secretly want Trump officials harassed.
Crazy is as crazy does.
